Strategic Plan - Our Strategy, Our Future

Edinburgh College has created a new Strategic Plan, Our Strategy Our Future, which sets out the vision, mission, values and goals which will shape the direction of our College.

The plan focuses on three key strategic themes: People, Place and Performance.

The plan was developed with input from the College Board and Executive, and consultation with staff, students and stakeholders to make it the best possible roadmap for our development.

The new Strategic Plan sets out our mission to empower positive change by providing an environment with greater access to improved opportunities for our staff, students and partners. The plan has the college’s values at its centre, to define our culture and foster a positive working environment. It also focuses on our status as a key partner in community planning partnerships.
